Ruishen LED Panel is made of Low scan rate 1/8S. The lower the scan rate,the better performance and the more expensive it will be.

It wont have noise and shooting lines with low scan rate panels.

But you will ask WHY???

  1. Low scan rate of led panel will require better quality LEDS,driver ICS and PCB with multi-layers and better quality.

  • .Top quality driver IC. Ruishen LED Panel is made of Macroblock MBI5264,which has S-PWM function will reduce a lot of the flickering issue when the led panel is displaying low brightness content and improves the image fidelity.

The high quality visual performance of MBI5264 makes it ideal for LED displays on virtual production or green screen replacement in TV and film industry.

MBI5264 is designed for LED video applications using internal Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control with selectable 13-bit / 14-bit / 15-bit / 16-bit color depth. MBI5264 features a 16-bit shift register which converts serial input data into each pixel’s gray scale of the output port. Sixteen regulated current ports are designed to provide uniform and constant current sinks for driving LEDs with a wide range of VF variations. The output current can be preset through an external resistor. The innovative architecture with embedded SRAM is designed to support up to 1:64 time-multiplexing applications. Users only need to send the whole frame data once and to store in the embedded SRAM of the LED driver, instead of sending every time when the scan line is changed. It helps to save the data bandwidth and to achieve high grayscale with very low data clock rate. With scan-type Scrambled-PWM (S-PWM) technology, MBI5264 enhances PWM by scrambling the “on” time of each scan line into several “on” periods and sequentially drives each scan line for a short “on” period. The enhancement equivalently increases the visual refresh rate of scan-type LED displays.

MBI5264 drives the corresponding LEDs to the brightness specified by image data. With MBI5264, all output channels can be built with 16-bit color depth. When building a 16-bit color depth video, S-PWM technology reduces the flickers and improves the image fidelity.

Through compulsory error detection, MBI5264 detects individual LED for open-circuit errors without extra components. MBI5264 equipped an innovative cross elimination function, and it solves the cross phenomenon induced by failure LEDs. Besides, integrated ghost elimination and high contrast interference circuit eases the ghost problems and improve image contrast.

 (3).Multi-layers PCB Board. The low scan rate panels will need top quality PCB to ensure the stability of LEDS lighting,driver ICs,and high brightness displaying.

Our PCB is made of HDI standard PCB board and 2.0mm minimum thickness.

HDI stands for High Density Interconnector. A circuit board which has a higher wiring density per unit area as opposed to conventional board is called as HDI PCB. HDI PCBs have finer spaces and lines, minor vias and capture pads and higher connection pad density. It is helpful in enhancing electrical performance and reduction in weight and size of the equipment. HDI PCB is the better option for high-layer count and costly laminated boards.

(4). Compatible with Brompton system (Novastar system as an option).

Ruishen led panel are assembled with Brompton R2 Receiver card.The R2 is the most powerful Tessera receiver card ever.

Supporting a 262k pixel capacity, it is perfect for all types of LED fixtures, even those with very high resolutions.

The R2 takes a new module-based approach to LED panel receiver card design and uses cutting-edge technology to be the perfect combination of capacity, size and features.

Also, the Novastar technology provides a good performance for the XR solution too.

. Wide Color Gamut DCI-P3

Ruishen LED Panels’ color gamut can reach 99% DCI-P3 (Real data) and HDR10 & HLG. And also have options with 95-98% DCI-P3 led panels which are cheaper. It will have a sharper image or video displaying when it’s high brightness and low brightness.

  • . Wide viewing angle.

Ruishen led panels have 160° vertically and 160° horizontally viewing angles.
